DEVCHAND VAJABHAI JAKHARIA

It is with deep regret that we announce the death of Mr. Devchand Vajabhai Jakharia on Saturday, 16th June 2018 in

Nairobi. He was Son of Late Daiben Vajabhai Kara Jakharia and Late Vajabhai Kara Jakharia. He was Son-in-Law of Late Makaben Ranmal Pancha and Late Ranmal Pancha Haria (Gaam — Mungni). He was Husband of Shantaben Devchand Jakharia.

He was Father of Dinesh, Suresh, Satish (Nirma (K) Ltd and Alankar Manufacturers Ltd), Late Hansa, Sarla Chandulal Gudhka (India), Ila Shantilal Nagda and Usha Anil Malde.

He was Father-in-Law of Ramila Dinesh, Sushila Suresh, Rashmi (Ramila) Satish, Chandulal Dayalal Gudhka, Shantilal Fulchand Nagda and Anil Devshi Malde.

He was Grand Father of Mamta Sagar (Australia), Jigar, Samir, Adi and Rushabh, Hina Yogesh, Brijesh, Ketul, Nikhila, Sagar, Sayan and Pavan.

He was Brother of Late Zaverchand Vajabhai, Somchand Vajabhai, Savitaben Somchand Maru and Pushaben Punamchand Nagda (All of India).

He was Brother-in-Law of Late Premchand, Zaverchand, Arvind Ranmal Haria, Late Paniben Meghji Dodhia (Kenya Canvas), Amratben Jayantilal Sumaria (Jamnagar), Kanchanben Fulchand Karania (Bhiwandi) and Late Jayaben Dhirajlal Gada (Jamnagar).

He was Cousin of Surekha Ramesh Gudhka (Amarsons) and Kasturben Keshavji.

Cortege will leave from Oshwal Centre, Ring Road Parklands on Tuesday, 19th June 2018 at 2:00pm and cremation will take place at the Hindu Smashan Bhumi, Kariokor at 2:30pm.

Prayer meeting will be held on Tuesday, 19th June 2018 at Oshwal Centre, Ring Road Parklands, Nairobi at 8:00pm.

Devchandbhai’s Cornea were donated to Kanubhai Babla Lions National Eye Bank.
