So with you: Now is your time of grief, but t will see you again and you will rejoice, and no one will take away your joy – John 26:22 You may be gone Caleb, but you’ll never be forgotten.
Life is eternal, and love is immortal, and death is only a horizon;and a horizon is nothing save the limit of our sight.Death leaves a heartache no one can heal.Love leaves a memory no one can steal.
Eternal rest grant unto him Oh Lord.Perpetual light shine upon him.May he Rest In Peace Eternally.
I paraphrase Cramps Morgan’s song – “There’s a Place For People Like You” As a tribute to the best friend I ever had….
You gave much more than you took
You fixed more than you broke
You were the kind who took the time
To help a stranger in the rain
There’s a place for people like you
You stood up for those down on their knees
Lent a voice to those who couldn’t speak
You were a great light that shone and gave light
To the ones you met who had lost their way
There’s a place for people like you
I’ve heard up there the streets are made of gold
I know you are up there and found that hand to hold
Sadly your days here are done
There’s a place up there for people like you
You wore your heart on your sleeve
And Yes! You tried so hard to be the change you wanted to see
You laid down your life for love (this you did!!)
So those you loved could be saved
There’s a place for people like you
I’ve heard up there the streets are made of gold
I know you are up there and found that hand to hold
Sadly your days here are done
There’s a place up there for people like you
I know you’re out there
In your memory
I will keep doing what you showed me to do.
To the finest man, I ever knew,
Rest in Peace, It is well…It is well!
You may be gone physically but you shall never ever be forgotten…
One day, death will be conquered… May you Happy Soul RIP
