It is with profound shock and humble acceptance that St Joseph’s School Rapogi Alumni Association (JORAPS), announce the sudden death of Dr. Castary Otuoma Kisara of Migori County, Public Health Department, which happened on 26th June, 2023. Until his demise, Castary was the Chairman of (JORAPS).
Son of the late Japheth Kisara Otuoma and the late Mama Margaret Kisara. Step-son to the late Magdeline and Jane. Son-in-law to the late Pius Odhiambo and Mama Priscilla Agutu (Otacho Village Awendo) and the late Phillip Ogwe and Mama Margaret Ogwe (Rae Village Kanyada).
Loving husband to Mary Auma and Jackline Ogwe (Mama Prince). Adorable father to Nicholas Otuoma, Lilian Akoth, Ruth Akeyo, Gorrety Otuoma, Billy Clinton, Lizzy Modesta, Tipha, Christine and Prince Castary Isaiah.
Brother to Aloyce, late Isaac, Andrew, Tobias, Martin, Maurice, Daniel, Linus, Peter, Patrick, Mary, Caroline. Saline, Josphine, Leonora, Sorplina, Margaret, among others.
Uncle to Lovince, Jack,Tony, Herbar, Velish, Velona, Belinda, Volen and Faith, among others.
Family and friends are gathering at his Awendo house, behind Texas Petrol Station, everyday from 6.00pm for prayers.
Main fundraising will take place on Monday, 17th July, 2023 at 2.00pm.
The cortege leaves Migori County Referral Hospital Mortuary on Thursday 20th July, 2023 at 7.00am for a requiem mass at Awendo Catholic Parish Church. Burial service will be held on Friday, 21st July, 2023 at their home in God Oloo Village, Gwasi in Homabay County.
As we say goodbye to our beloved Chairman, we recall his relentless dedication, contagious excitement, and exceptional leadership.
