Dr. Daniel Wanjohi Kabithe

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Dr. Daniel Wanjohi Kabithe after a long illness on Friday, 26th May, 2023. He was the founding Director of Psychological Services Limited and Karengata Academy.

Son to the late Kabithe Gathere and the late Susan Njeri Kabithe.

Loving husband to Lydia Wangui Kabithe. Father to Dr Daudi David Kabithe & Tanisha Baker Kabithe, Susan Njeri Iruku & Iruku Makanga, Mirriam Wacera Githumbi & David Githumbi Thande and Reuben Mutuota Kabithe.

Grandfather of Kui Kabithe, Njeri Kabithe, Daniel Kabithe, Nyambura Iruku, Kui Iruku, Makanga Iruku, Wanjohi Iruku, Thande Githumbi, Wanjohi Githumbi and Liam Kabithe all of USA.

Son-in-law to the late Reuben Mutuota. Ngahuro and Mirriam Njeri Mutuota. Brother-in-law to Zechariah and Margaret, the late Rebecca and the late Mwaniki, the late Sarah and the late Kiama, Naomi and Gitau,Warare and Alice, Ruthi and Margaret, Maine and Elizabeth, the late Ngumi and the late Waruguru, Gitonga and Nellas, the late Ruth and. Kamangu.

Brother of the late Wambui Kabithe,the late Maine Kabithe,the late Guara Kabithe, the late Priscillah Wangui Mwangi. He was a cousin, an uncle and a friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at his home in Hardy, Karen, near Giraffe Centre for fellowship and planning.

There will be a memorial service on Sunday, 4thJune, 2023 at 3:00pm at his home.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home at 7:00am, and proceed for the funeral service and burial on Tuesday 6th June, 2023 from 10:00am at his farm in Sagana, Kirinyaga County.
