Dr. Eustace Karo
27th July, 1944 — 23rd June, 2021
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Dr Eustace Karo, after a brave and gracious battle with cancer. Until his death he was the Chairman of Melchizedek Hospital and a practicing Paediatrician.
Son of the late Mr Simon Ngecu and Rose Kirigo Ngecu. Husband to Dr. (Mrs) Agnes Karo. Father to Dr Linda Kirigo and Dr. Fotios Koumpouras, Simon and Nancy Ngecu, Capt. James and Faith Kamiri, William and Christine Muchina. Grandfather to Hannalore and Olivia Koumporas; Jasmine, Bianca and Brianna Ngecu; Maya and Amara Kamiri; Roman Karo and Nathan Mwangi Muchina. Great-grandfather to Jeremiah Ngecu Javis. Brother to 6 sisters and 1 brother. Brother-in-law, Uncle, Cousin, Friend and Colleague to many.
Family and friends are meeting on Monday and Tuesday 5.00pm for prayers at his Karen residence.
A memorial service shall be held at PCEA St. Andrews Church on Wednesday 30th June from 2.00pm to 3:30pm.
The burial service will be held at his Marmanet Farm in Olojabet, Laikipia County on Friday 2nd July, 2021 from 11.00am. The cortege shall leave Lee Funeral Home the same day at 6:30am.
