We regret to announce the death of Dr. James Mayaka Gwachi (Senior Lecturer at Laikipia University).

Son of Lazarus Gwachi and the late Jerusha Obonyo. Brother of Pastor Evans Gwachi, Richard Gwachi, Peter Gwachi, Bernard Gwachi, Stephen Gwachi (KDF), Hellen Moran Gwachi Teresa Gwachi, Kemunto Gwachi and Susan Gwachi.

Father of Eng. Simon Marube Mayaka (Zuku), Erick Makori Mayaka (KDF), Jared Omeru Mayaka, Sabina Mayaka, Vicky Mokua Mayaka (Teacher Nyabisase Sec. School), Betty Mayaka, Rossy Mayaka Ivonne Mayaka, Millicent Mayaka, Lenah Mayaka and Steve Mayaka.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Rangenyo for funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Bosongo Mortuary on Wednesday, 24/08/2022 for the final rites in the same day at his home in Rangenyo, West Mugirango Constituency Nyamira County.
