Dr Joseph Muhadia Imbunya
First Anniversary
It’s been a year since I held your hand in mine. On 29/07/2021 you closed your eyes, never to open them again. In that moment, my heart broke into a million pieces and my whole world turned black. The past year has been the longest, toughest and saddest. Your tragic end is still as traumatic and haunting for me, your wife, and our two sons. It is still difficult to see beyond our grief, hence our tears can’t stop. Losing you has been difficult. Learning to live without you has been harder.
In your life, you touched so many. In your death, many lives were changed. We dreamt of living a long life together, but the dreams were shattered. I can’t get over the pain of losing you. No amount of time can heal the sorrow of your passing away. I cannot express the unimaginable hollowness our two sons feel every day. Your untimely death broke their hearts. It is not easy for them to move on in this pain. They still can’t accept that you are not with us anymore. You were and always will be the love of my life. And someday, my soul will find yours.
Dearly missed by your treasured, cherished and loving wife, Dr. Jane Kere lmbunya, your doting and caring sons, Harkins Yahuma lmbunya and Bramwel Imbunya Muhadia, and your mother overseer Mama Norah Khavugwi lmbunya, as well as relatives and friends.
May God bless your soul! RIP.
