Gone Too Soon

It is with acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr Sarah Kaari Achini-Mwiti on 15th January 2020 following a short illness.

Until her death, she was working as a Dental Surgeon at PCEA Chogoria Hospital.

Beloved wife of Dr Daniel Mwiti of Machakos Level-5 Hospital. Daughter of Mr & Mrs Eusebio Achini. Daughter-in-law of Mr & Mrs Isaiah Murungi.

Sister of Mary Lenya (Co-operative Bank), Lucy Mwiti (KELUACH), Daniel Achini (Commonwealth War Graves Commission), Eng. Isaiah Achini (Kenya Ports Authority), Joshua Achini (St. John Secondary School), Jeremiah Achini, Lydia Achini (Honda-Nairobi), Stephen Achini (Muthara Secondary), Eng. Harriet Achini (University of Ibadan – Nigeria), Magdalene Achini (Moi University), Francis Achini (JKUAT) and Nicholas Achini. Sister-in-law of Hon. Jeremiah Lenya (CECM — Lands, Meru County), Pastor David Mwiti (EAPC) Dr Emily Kathambi (PCEA Kikuyu Hospital), Dr Sarah Kiburi (Mbagathi Hospital), Rose Mutabari, Alexander Mutuma (TUK Mombasa) and Consolata Kathure (Gitweku Girls). Niece, aunt and cousin of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at PCEA Chogoria Hospital, Muriri and Maua Homes for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The funeral service will be held on Friday 24th January 2020 at Maua Stadium and thereafter her body will be laid to rest at their Maua home.

We loved you Sarah, but God loved you more. Fare thee well, till we meet again.
