It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Dr. Yustino Angir.

Son of Wilson Angir and Mama Salome Bolo, step-son to Eunike Apiyo.

Husband to the late Yukabeth Akinyi Angir. Father to Joram odhiambo, Catherine Angir, Victoria Atieno, Isabella Akinyi and Stephen Otieno.

Brother to the late Joseph Were, the late Samuel Obura, the late John Ombai, the late Joram Angir, the late Perry, Charles and Jackton, the late Margaret Adoyo, the late Isa, Mary, Damaris and Grace.

Father-in-law to Julliete Obera, Guanming Zhang and George Audi.

Grandfather to Justine, Dennise, Jerome, Deshawn, Joseph,Yukabeth, Perez, Chenbang J. Zhang, Faith Stephanie, Lisa Neema and Whitney Achieng.

Brother-in-law to Mikal Angir, the late Esther Obura and Dorine Ombai, Belly, Lydia, Millicent, George Odingo, Joan Opengi and Joshua, amongst others.

Uncle to Dorothy, Caroline, Miriam, Isabella, Dave, Job, Susan, Lilian, lshameal and Chris, Ken, Linet, Dickens and Nowruze,Willis and Damaris, amongst others.

The cortege leaves Aga Khan Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 1st June, 2023 at 10.30am for a brief service at his Milimani residence. Then it proceeds to Kosele for an overnight vigil. Burial service will be held on 2nd June, 2023 at his home in Kosele, Karachuonyo county, Homa Bay County.
