Loving husband of Dr. Doyne Kageni of Kenyatta University. Father of Annette Kawira (USA), Brenda Kathoni and Master Baraka Mugendi. Son of the late Eliud Kamunde Mwirabua and Elder Mercy Kagige. Son-in-law of the late Leonard Mbae and Julia Muthoni. Brother of Micheni, Njagi, Kariuki, Rama. Dr. Njeru, Wanja, the late Njue and Kimathi. Brother in Law of Rose, Grace. Kaari, John. Dr. Rita (UK), Stella, Esther, Njeri, Fridah, Mwandiki and Gitonga. In law of Nancy (USA) and Andrea (USA). Uncle and friend to many.

Relatives and Friends are meeting at P.C.E.A Zimmerman Church from Monday 30th July 2018 to Thursday 2nd Aug 2018 at 6:00PM.

There will be a memorial service on Wednesday, 1st August 2018 at PCEA Zimmerman Church at 6:00PM.

The Cortege Leaves Kenyatta University Funeral Home on Friday 3rd August 2018 at 5:30AM. Funeral Service will be held at PCEA Nkajari Church Gaanga Location, Tharaka Nithi County.
