It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing away of Elder Shem Ongaki Momanyi on 13th March, 2023.

Son to Late Momanyi Ombaso and Bina Ogeto.

Husband to Late Jemima Nyareso. Father to Haron Ayuka, Nehemiah Mejja,Tabitha Nyamorambo, Rachel Nyangiya and Renison Nyakundi. Father-in-law to Late Wilkista Kemunto Miriam Nyamoita Ayuka, Mercy Mejja, Catherine Nyakundi, Hon. John Omwoyo, Late Zachary Oyaro.

Brother to (Lazarus Ogeto, Joseph Chweya,Aristariko Nduko, Bethuel Nyangari, Neko, Ndara, Orungu, Mwango and Nyakara all late.) Peterson Ong’uti, Nicholas Mokaya, Joram Nyangari,Yunuke Nyanduko and Ramesh Otuke.

Brother-in-law to (Bitutu Ogeto, Peris Kemunto, Penina Nyaboke, Lusaria Motugutwa, Hellen Nyamatini, Mary Oinga, Mong’ina, Mokeira- all late) Ruth Chiebunga, Rodha Moige, Agnes Kemunto, Teresia Kerebi, Mongi’ina Ndara and Mary Bwari.

Uncle to Ogetos, Chweyas, Ndukos, Nyangaris, Ongutis, Mokayas, Nekos, Ndaras, Orungus, Jorums, Mwangos, Nyandukos, Nyakaras and Otukes.

The cortege leaves Kisii Level Six Mortuary on Thursday 23rd March, 2023 at 1.00pm for burial on Friday 24th March, 2023 Rioma Location, Marani Sub-County, Kisii County.
