Eliud Goko Kuria

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Mr Eliud Goko Kuria – formerly Staff of Barclays Bank, which occurred on 4th February, 2023 after a short illness.

Son of the late Senior Chief John Kuria Goko and the late Elizabeth Njoki. Son-in-law to the late Stephen Thube and the late Grace Wanjiru. Loving husband of Joan Wanjiku Goko.

Father to June Njoki Kuria Goko (United Kingdom), John Kuria Goko (United Kingdom) and the late Viona Wanjiru Kuria Goko. Grandfather to Charles Philliposky-Kuria (United Kingdom) and Alvin Kuria.

Brother to the late Alice Wangui Njuguna, Priscilla Nyokabi, Albert Gitau, the late Stephen Waithaka, Benard Mbugua, Florence Wanjiku, Samuel Kingara and the late James Kibugi.

Brother-in-law to Loise Mwaura, Jerusa Karungu, Charles Thube, Samuel Thube, the late Jackson Ng’ang’a, John Njuguna Thube, Njeri Thube and Catherine Wanjiru Thube.

Prayer meetings and funeral arrangements continue to be held daily at his residence in Ngegu, Kiambu.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Referral Funeral Home on Tuesday 14th February 2023 at 8:30am. The funeral service will be held at ACK St. Andrew Church, Ngegu at 11:00am. Burial will follow thereafter at his home in Ngegu, neighbouring the same church.
