Son to the late Laban Kioria Karukwa and the late Alice Njumbi Kioria of Gaitheri Village Gaturi Location, Murang’a County. Son-in-law to the late John Wamagata and Beatrice Wanjiru of Kinoo, Kiambu County.

Husband to Jane Njeri. Father of Martin Chapman-Andrews and Alice Wangui (UK), Ida Wanjiru Maina and Joseph Njoroge Mungai, Grace Wanjiru (Shish) and Liz Bob Maina (US), Reuben Mwangi, Anne Muthoni.

Grandfather of Vincent Maina, Curtis Macharia, Lisa Nyarua, Jean Njeri, Peter Kimani, Jaz Njeri and Remy Maina. Brother to the late Grace & Ishmael Gathinji, Esther & the late Lazarus Kanini, the late Elijah Karukwa, Karen Wangari, Stanley & Mary Gitu, Perminus & Wangui Ndegwa, Fraciah & Ndungu Mwaniki, Perpetual Wambui (Care Point), Jack & Grace Mwangi.

Funeral arrangement meetings will be held at All Saints Cathedral Hall from today Monday 30th to Wednesday 1st June, 2022 at 5.00pm.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral home in Kabati along Thika Super Highway at 8:30am. Service and Burial will be at his home at Gaitheri Village, Gaturi Location, Murang’a County on Friday, 3rd June, 2022 starting at 10:30am.
