Eng. Dixon Wamalwa Masabule Wekesa

It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Eng. Dixon Wamalwa Masabule Wekesa that occurred on 24th February 2022.

He was a loving husband to Roselyn Nangekhe Nabangi. Beloved father to Jafred Tonny Wamalwa and Brian Lemmy Wamalwa. A doting grandfather to Rachael Nambuswa.

The fifth and last-born child of the late Mzee Jafred Wekesa and the late Mama Rachael Nambuswa, brother to the late Rhoda Kitui, Evans Makokha, Beatrice Mulumia and Margaret Maliro.

Step-brother to Zephaniah, Timona, Henry, George, Violet, Evelyn and Frank among others. Brother-in-law to Joseph, Catherine, the late Peter; Caleb, Eng. Cleophas, Gertrude, Consolata, Eng. Fredrick, Boniface, the late Jane, the late Edwin, Gilbert, Simon and the late Peter. Uncle to the Kituis, Makokhas, Mulumias and Maliros, among others.

A memorial service will be held at Friends International Centre – Ngong’ Road on Thursday 10th March, 2022 from 9:00am.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home – Nairobi – on Friday 11th March, 2022 for burial.

Dixon will be laid to rest on Saturday 12th March, 2022 at his home in Makolowe ,Tongaren, Bungoma.
