Eng. Harry Githinji Mathenge
It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Eng Harry Githinji Mathenge on 13th May 2022 after a short illness. He was formerly with Kenya Bureau of Standards (KEBS).
He was the son to the late Gideon Mathenge Mukara and the late Keziah Kori Mayhenge. Brother to Steve Mukara Mathenge and Gladys Wachera Njine.
Loving husband to Rahab Muthoni, father to Architect Mathenge Githinji, Chege Githinji and Eng. Mukara Githinji. Grandfather to Harry Githinji Mathenge and Harry Githinji Chege.
Friends and family are meeting daily from 5:00pm to 7:00pm at his home in Membley, Ruiru.
The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital Mortuary at 7:00am on Friday 20th May 2022. This will be followed by a funeral service to be held at the family farm in Kiangwaci, Kirinyaga starting from 10am. He will be laid to rest thereafter at the same venue.
