It’s with deep sorrow that we announce the passing on of Eng. Job Kiptoo Rotich (Kapkaos) that occurred through a tragic road accident on Sunday 10th February 2019. He was working as an Engineer at Kenya Power Company, Busia.

Last born Son of the late Japheth Rop and Gladys Rop. Step-son of Pricilla Rop. Son-in-law of Mr and Mrs Phillip Chelulei (Burnt forest). Beloved husband of Sheila Jeruto Rotich. Father of Adrian Kipkoech Rotich and Ayden Kibet Too. Brother of Peris Chepkosgei (Nairobi), Samson Kemboi (Eldoret), Daniel Kemboi (Eldoret), Mark Rop (USA), Sylvia Rop (Oak Tree Eldoret) and Caroline Rop (Australia).

Step-brother of the late Mary Rotich, Jane Ropweller (Canada), Ruth Rop (KPA), Dorcas Rop (Uasingishu County), Abraham Kemboi (Turbo), the late Stanley Kemboi, Paul Kemboi (Canada) and Dominic Kemboi (Canada). Brother-in-law of Moek, Sheila, Colleta, Joyce, Stephen, Carol, Kenneth, Meshack, Nancy, Risper, Zipporah and Delois.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his father’s home at Leseru Location, Kuresiet Village.

There will be a fund raising on Sunday 17th February 2019.

The cortege leaves Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital on 21st February 2019 at 12.00pm, for overnight vigil at his father’s home.

Burial will take place on Friday 22nd February 2019 at his father’s home at Leseru Location, Kuresiet Village Uasin Gishu County.
