Eng John Masaku Kimuyu
It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the sudden passing on of Eng. John Masaku Kimuyu of Nairobi Water & Sewerage Company, which occurred on 14th August 2022.
Son to the late Kimuyu Nthei and the late Beatrice Kalimi of Kamunyolo village Wote, Makueni. Son-in-law to the late Jeremiah Muchogo and Cecilia Wamuyu of Endarasha, Nyeri.
Husband to Margaret Wamucii Masaku of KRA. Father to Edwin Mutinda (EABL) & Ivry Waringa, Linda Mwende (Unilever), Jeremy Muchogo (USIU) and grandfather to Eli Mwendwa.
Brother to the late Maya, the late Wavinya, the late Kanini, Kilonzo, Mwikali, Mutie, Nzioki, Mutuku, & the late Ndindi. An uncle to many.
Meetings are being held at his home in Marurui estate next to Marurui Police Post from 5.00pm daily.
There will be a memorial service on Sunday, 21st August 2022 at 2.00pm at P.C.E.A Gateway Thome along the northern bypass.
The cortege leaves Pamoja Funeral Home Wote on Tuesday, 23rd August 2022 at 8.00am for burial at his home in Kamunyolo village, Wote Municipality at 11.00am.
Am saddened to learn of the demise of Eng. John Masaku Kimuyu – my Classmate ( Fm1-6 1978-83) . May God grant his widow and family fortitude to bear the loss.
May God rest his soul in eternal peace – Amen.
