It is with utmost sorrow but with humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the promotion to glory of our beloved daddy, Engineer Charles Mcbain Mudeheri Shimenga of Murhanda village, Shinyalu, Kakamega County, formerly of Telkom Kenya, which occurred on 13th August, 2017. Former head boy at Kakamega High School, 1972.

Loving husband of Mrs Tabitha Shimenga. Son of the late Joseph Mudeheri and Emma Iberia. He is survived by his dear children Bernard, Lucy, Iris, Aggrey, Edwin, Cyprian and Maureen. Brother of Maurice, Elphas, Bernard among others. Father-in-law of Moses, Cliff, James, Maureen, Laura, Callie, and Winnie. doting Grandfather of 17. Uncle and friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting for prayers daily at his home in Emukaba village and Murhanda village.

The cortege leaves Jumuia Funeral Home Kaimosi on Thursday 24th August, 2017, followed by a requiem mass at St. Joseph Cathedral Kakamega at 11:00 am then to his home in Emukaba Indagalasia Sub-location, Kakamega. Burial takes place on 26th August, 2017 at 9:00am.
