It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Engineer Geofrey Komu Macharia of Nairobi County, on 16th April, 2021, after a short illness.

Devoted Husband of Pauline Muthoni. Loving father of Marilyn Wangui and Robert Gichuiri, Joseph Macharia, Esther Wambui and Michael Kimani, Abigail Wanjeri and Timothy Okonji. Son of the late Joseph Macharia Nyenjeri (Kagicha) and the late Hannah Wangui Macharia. Son-in-law of the late Gerald Njuguna Mwaura and the late Esther Wambui Njuguna.

Cherished brother of David Nyenjeri, Abigail Wanjeri, the late Richard Kiunga, Mary Wangari, the late Eliud Gichuki. Step-brother of many other siblings. Brother-in-law of Joseph Mwaura, the late Michael Kimani, Ngugi Njuguna, D.G Mwangi, Francis Kamau, Mary Wamicha.

Grandfather of Nathan Komu, Nicholas Mwangi, Adrian Gitonga (Tosh), Jahawi Michael Okonji, Abigail Njoki.

The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Mbagathi on Tuesday 27th April, 2021 at 6.30am.The funeral service and burial will be at his farm in Kinangop Muruaki Scheme, Nyandarua County starting at 10.00am.
