Erastus Mwangi (Mjomba)

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the death of Erastus Mwangi (Mjomba), former Education Officer Vihiga County.

Son of the late Jamin Amwoga and late Ezina Jayo of Sigong’o village. Beloved husband of Everlyne Janet Mwangi. Father of Eric (Nairobi), Cedric (Imusutsu Secondary School), Cynthia (Kaimosi T.T.C), Brian (USAID Busia and Mjomba Hardware, Banja) and Celestine Madison Insurance, Busia). Brother of Gladys, Asirwa,Philip, Geoffrey, David, Phyllis, Ebby, Grace and Susan. Brother-in-law of Shisia, Dinah, Elizabeth, Beatrice, Rose, Kayugira, Murando, Rapando, Lwangu, Akivaga, Lorna, MacDonald, Howard, and Benson. Nephew of Elazia, Enes, Agneta, Rispa, Keziah & many. Father-in-law of Doris, Felistus and lbacha. Grandfather of Owen,Warren, Shalom, Stephanie, Cheritzy, Tania, Russel, Ivan and Lynn.

The cortege leaves Jumuia Friends Hospital Funeral Home, Kaimosi on Thursday 3rd August 2017 via Mago market, thereafter, for funeral service at Cheptulu Salvation Army Corps at I 2noon.

Funeral service will be held on Saturday, 5th August, 2017 at his father’s home in Sigong’o Village and after, burial at his home in Kamugoi Village, Cheptulu Sub-location, Shiviringa location, Hamisi Sub-county, Vihiga County.
