It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Ernest Kennedy Arula of Bikeke Kitale.

Son of the late Cornelius Shikuri and the late Maria Indoshi formally of Shamakhokho, Vihiga County. Step son of Margaret and Rita. Loving husband of Sabina Arula. Loving father of Irene Arula, Judith Arula, Michael Arula and Kaki Arula. Brother of Emmanuel Shikuri and half-brother of Patrick among others. Adored grandfather of Tracy, Mikail and Damian. Son in law of Mama Catherine Werimo, the Late Alfred Werimo. Brother-in-law of Conrad, Peter, Marina, Isabella, Charles, Rose, Mark, Ali, Miriam, Rhoda, Scola, Rebecca and Metrine. Basakwa of Jason Mulama, Julius Osuka, JestimoreVVanyama and Tom Oduor. Uncle of Werimos, the Arulas and the Shikuris among others.

Family and friends are meeting daily for prayers at the Bikeke home from 5.00pm and in Nairobi at Coco Restaurant Agrho house from 5.30pm.

The Cortege leaves Crystal Funeral Home Kitale on Thursday February 27th 2020 at 10.00Am for requiem mass at St. Theresa’s Catholic Church Bikeke.

Burial will be on Saturday February 29th 2020 at his Bikeke home, TransNzoia County.
