Ernest Wabwile Barasa

It is with great sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Ernest Wabwile Barasa of Pwani University, through a tragic road accident in Naivasha on Thursday 30th March, 2023.

A loving husband to Rose Achom Wabwire and Phanice Nafuna Wanyonyi. A devoted father to Janet, George, Evans, Dorice, Bernard, Mark, Isaac, Mulimo, Abigail and Joseph. Grandfather to Grace, Ryan, Lameck, Audrew, Veronica, lameck, Gift, Janepher and Derrick.

Son to the late Barasa Wamoyo and the late Agneta Nasike. Brother to Johnston, Justus, Geoffrey, Moses, Phelister Akumu, Mildred Navyova,and Agnes. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Kawangware and his Kilifi Home for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Chiromo Mortuary on 20th April, 2023 to Akobwait Village, Amukura Division, Teso South Sub-county Busia County.

Funeral Service and burial will be on Saturday 22nd April, 2023 at his home in Akobwait Village.
