It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Esther Cherotich Kisiara on 1st May 2023 after a long illness bravely borne.

Daughter to the late Kinfora Kipkosgei KileI and the late Mary Tapielei Kilel of Reresik Village, Roret Kericho County.

Loving wife to Elijah Arap Kisiara and co-wife to Lenah and Rachel. Mother to Ernest Kipketrici Lamm. William Cheruiyot Langat, Eunice Chebet, Lily Chepkirui Bor, Charles Kipkorir Langat, Margaret Cherono, the late baby Gabriel, Florence Chepngetich, Renard Kimutai Langat, Stephen Leonard Kiprotich Langat and Nickson Kipngeno Langat. Stepmother to the late John Langat, Evalyne Sigifai, Betty Shitandi, Richard Langat, Pamela Chepkemoi, Leornard Langat and Dennis Langat.

Mother-in-law to Joyce Langat, Jane Langat, the late Willy Bor, Hycene Langat, Timothy Lumbasi Robert Kiptoo, Caroline Langat, Agnes Waruguru, and June Langat. Grandmother, and great grandmother to many.

The cortege leaves Londiani Sub-County Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 11th May 2023 for overnight stay at her home in Benditai Kongasis Village, Kiplokyi Location, Londiani Sub-County, Kericho County. The Funeral Service and later interment will take place on 12th May 2023 at the same venue.
