Esther Kanze Mumba

Born: 13th May, 1955 — Rested: 24th July, 2023

Our mum has rested. Despite our deep grief, we thank God for her life.

Mum was beloved wife to our late dad George Mvera Mumba.

Daughter of the late John Tila and the late Harriet Petro. Daughter-in-law to the late Japhet Mumba and the late Irene Muhache.

Beloved mum to Mercy and Benson Ulo, Susan and Bryson Mwasigwa, Irene Muhache, the late Harriet Pendo, and Japhet and Stella Mumba.

Grandmother to Phoebe Kuwona, George Mvera, Esther Kanze, Neriah Samba, Maisha Kanze, Alvin Mvera, Lucas Masaranja, Tulchinsky Ulo, Ethan Zicky and Soraya Kanze.

She was sister to the late Victoria Kasirimi, the late Mary Kanazi, the late Isaac Mwaro, Anne Nyasi, the late Betty Kaidza; step-sister to the late William Petro and Kisura Petro. B

eloved in-law to Canon Albert and Patience Mumba, the late Alfred and the late Pauline Mumba, the late Alice and the late Joshua Kadzenga, Hon John and Feddis Mumba, Julius and Doris Mumba, Mary and Moses Mwamburi, the late Maurice and Ruth Mumba, the late Lawrence and Joy Mumba, Edmund and Josephine Mumba. Aunt to many nieces and nephews.

The cortege leaves Pandya Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 3rd August 2023 for at their residence in Kireme, Bomani.

Burial will take place on Friday, 4th August 2023 at their home in Ng’ombeni village, Kilifi County.
