It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing of Esther Njeri Murimi, on 16th December, 2022.
Daughter to the late Moses Gachimo and the late Beth Wambui Gachimo.
Wife of Sospeter Murimi Karitu. Mother to Nancy Kituku (USA), Grace Nzioki (USA), Benson Muriithi (USA), Moses Gachimo (KCCU – Kerugoya), Stephen Kariuki (Livondo Butcheries Kerugoya) and Marvin Ngari (Kirinyaga County). Mother-in-law to Kituku (USA), Nzioki (USA), Rahel (Oman), Ether (JKUAT), Nancy (Essos Pharmacy – Kerugoya) and Karimi (Lay Leader). Grandmother to Taifa Kituku, Nthambi Kituku, Yula Clayton, Mueni Nzioki, Esther Murithi, Martin Muriithi, Edwin Muriithi, Jessica Gachimo, Ether Kariuki, Muthoni Kariuki, Zain Ngari, Zina Ngari. Great-grandmother to Bill Murimi, Mice Murimi, Idris Clinton and Evelyn Clinton.
Family and friends are meeting daily at ACK St. Thomas Cathedral and at her home Giakiania at 5:00pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.
The cortege leaves Montezuma Monalisa Funeral Home Kabati, Kenol on Wednesday, 20th December, 2022 at 8:00am.Thereafter Requiem Mass will take place ACK St. Thomas Cathedral Kerugoya and followed by the burial at her home Giakiania village, Mukure Location, Kirinyaga County.
