Esther Wambugi Nyaga

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will, that we announce the passing on of Mrs Esther Wambugi Nyaga of State Department of Tourism and Wildlife on Wednesday June 14th 2023 after a long illness.

Daughter to the late, Mugo Kamani & Judith Mugo. Daughter-in-law to the late Dishon Gatuku & Nesther Dishon.

Spouse to Arch. Gatuku, Nyaga of Linarch Consultants. Mother to Dr. Barbara Warui, Judy Karimi & Dickson Gitonga.

Sister to P.N. Kamani & M. Rwamba, the late P. Muthee & R. Muthee, J. Kathuri & the late L. Kathuri, the late R.Wawira & Kamanja,  V. Rutere & Nyaga,Arch. N. Kamani & LWanyaga, M.Wanjiru and Pst. I. Mwangi, J. Ndwiga & H.Wanjiku, F. Gaturi.

Sister-in-Love to J. Murithi & M. Murithi, the late D. Muciri & A. Muciri, Nancy Gatuku, E. Mwaniki & H. Mwaniki, J. Gatuku & M. Nyamu, J. Gacheru & the late M. Gacheru, M. Ngura & D. Ngura, D. Gatuku & M. Njagi. She was an aunt, cousin & friend to many.

Family and friends are meeting as from Monday 19th (today) to Thursday June 22nd 2023 at 5.30pm at All Saints Cathedral.

Funeral service will be held on Monday 26th June, 2023 from 10.30am at Saints Marks Teacher Training College, Embu County. Thereafter, burial will be held at their home at Manyatta Market, next to the college.
