Esther Wanjiru Njuguna

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the promotion to glory of Esther Wanjiku Njuguna on Saturday, 13th May 2021 She hails from Ndunyu Chege, Kiangige Village, Kariara Location, Muranga County.

Daughter of the late Solomon Njoroge Wa Ngata and the late Miriam Wambui.

Wife to the late Henry Njuguna Githuku. Mother of the late Stephen Githuku, Nancy Njuguna, Grace Mwangi, Solomon Njoroge, Susan Wanjiku, Gilbert Mwangi, Humphrey Kimani, Stanford Muigai, Gideon Munga, Naomi Wanjiku, Samson Maina, Dorcas Munyi and Beth Gitonga. She was an aunt, grandmother and great-grandmother to many.

Sister to the late Naomi Wanjiku, the late Beth Wangari, Gathoni, the late Waringa, the late Norman Kimanii, the late Henry Munga, the late Lydia Wairimu and Cyrus Muhia.

Family and friends have been meeting at her home Ndunyu Chege, Kiangige Village and starting today there will be meetings at Holy Family Basilica Annex, 5th floor, St. Cecilia Hall until Friday 26th May 2023 from 5.00pm.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta University Mortuary, Thika Road on Wednesday, 31st May 2023 at 7.00am for funeral service and burial at her home Ndunyu Chege, Kiangige Village.
