It is with deep sorrow and regret that we announce the passing on of Evangeline Bosibori Kebati, a nurse at Raganga Health Center in Bogusero Ward, Kitutu Chache South Sub-County which, occurred on Monday 26th January 2026 through a tragic road accident.
Daughter of Cleophas Kebati (Land Surveyor) and Teresa Moraa (Retired Teacher). Daughter-in-law of Zaccheus Mugoya (Auditor) and Salome Moraa (Retired Nurse).
Wife of Fredrick Malicalius Orwaru Mugoya (Nurse). Mother of Basil Abuga Orwaru and Birnstan Maonda Orwaru (Imperial Premier School, Mosocho).
Sister of Tobias (The National Treasury), Rages (Kish County Assembly). Dennis (Kisii County Government, Lands).
Granddaughter of the late Zachary Ondieki, Martha Nyakerario, the late Alphonc.e Maonda and the late Berina Maonda.
Niece of the late Mose, Jacob, Mary, Joseph, Priscilla, Beatrice, Momanyi, the late Alfred, Mokeira, the late Nyamechu, the late Matthew, the late Aloice, the late Doel, the late Ogonyo, Samuel, Phillip and Clement.
Sister-in-law ofVio$et Bosibori, George, Rosie, Caesar, Patrick, Kemunto, Margaret, Joseph, Anna and Mokeira.

The cortege leaves KTRH Funeral Home at 10.00a.m on Thursday, 5th February 2026. She will be laid to rest on Friday, 6th February 2026 at her home Nyabondo Village in Mosocho, Kitutu Chache South Sub-County.
