Faith Njeri Mwai

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we regret to announce the passing on of Faith Njeri Mwai (teacher at Mitero Primary School, Endarasha, Nyeri County and former teacher at Mukaa Primary School, Makueni County) on 06/03/2023.

She was the beloved wife to Peter Mwai Wambugu (former teacher at Endarasha Boys). Mother to Kevin and Mercy Wambugu (Winguards Services Limited and Gatumbi Baptist Secondary School), Catherine Nyaguthii (Dedan Kimathi University) and Grace Wairimu (formerly at Telkom Kenya).

Daughter to the late Peter Karobia and Priscilla Wairimu of Gituru, Kandara Division Murang’a County and daughter-in-law to Luka Wambugu and Siphora Nduta.

Sister to Mary Nyambura, Joseph and Catherine Mwangi, Lucy and John Gicheru, Roseanne Waithira (DR Congo), Patrick and Hilda Kariuki and Catherine Wambui.

Sister-In-law to Githaiga, the late Wangeci, Wamuyu, Wanjiru, Gichuki, Wairimu, Wambui, Mwangi and Muthoni. Auntie and grandmother to many.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Endarasha at 3.00pm daily for prayers.

The cortege leaves Nyeri Funeral Home, Outspan on Tuesday, 14/03/2023 at 9.00am followed by Funeral Mass at Mitero Endarasha.
