Appreciation

We, the immediate family of the late FCPA Julius Wahome Wokabi, together with the larger Wokabi, Githinji, and Gaitho families wish to express our heartfelt gratitude to God for the beautiful years he allowed us to spend with our beloved. We thank God for the grace and peace he bestowed upon us throughout from his demise until we laid him to rest.

We extend our heartfelt appreciation to the many friends. professional and social colleagues. and well-wishers for their overwhelming support in honor of great man who was dearly loved.

Special thanks to the Clergy leadership and congregants of ACK St. Peters Church Kahawa Sukari led by Cannon Thumbi. Rev. Munengi Mulandi and Pastor Weru of Nairobi Baptist Church, Rev. Christopher Ngahu Wachira of ACK St. Peters Mairo-ini and all other church leaders who visited and stood with us.

We also appreciate in a special way Wahome’s friends from the social professional fraternity who turned out in great numbers to support us during the entire period. Your personal visits, comforting messages, kind gifts and generous contributions are highly appreciated. As a family, we extend our special gratitude to the various choirs. fellowship and welfare groups for the prayers and support, with particular mention to: ACK St. Peters Church Kahawa Sukari Mwamba Choir and Kama Fellowship, neighborhood groups of Taveta Road and Cluster 4 in Kahawa Sukari, Nairobi Baptist Church Taraji Choir and couples fellowship, neighbors and friends in Mairo-ini home in Nyeri.

Special gratitude to the staff and clients of Wokabi & Company Certified Public Accountants for your dedication and support. To the leadership and members of Limuru Country Golf Club, Kenya Railways Golf Club, Parklands Sports Club, Invagara Club and Nanyuki Golf Club where Julius spent most of his social moments and was a member for many years, we thank you and appreciate your support.

We also want to take special recognition to the funeral committee chaired by Col. (Rtd) Nathan Macharia Kigotho for the commitment and zeal they portrayed. We also want to thank the doctors and staff of Nairobi Hospital, HDU and Pioneer Ward for the excellent medical care they provided.

Our sincere gratitude to Julius’ Physician for the medical care he extended to him during his hospitalization.

As it is not possible to mention and thank each one of you individually, we humbly request that you accept this as an expression of our most sincere appreciation and gratitude. You shared our sorrows and comforted us. Your acts of kindness and love were immensely felt and may God Bless you in abundance.
