Mother of Damaris Nyambura Kimathi, Jedidah Waceke Kimathi, Simon Maina Kimathi, Rahab Wangeci Kimathi, Elizabeth Nyakinyua Kimathi, Millicent Wangui Kimathi, Miriam Nyawira Kimathi, Everlyn Wanjugu Kimathi (CEO of Dedan Kimathi Foundation) and the late Meshak Waciuri Kimathi and Peris Muthoni Kimathi,

Sister of Wilson Wanjohi Wandubiri, Mary Wangui Nderitu, and Thomas Mbuthia Wangome.

Auntie of Waceke Wandubiri,Wanjugu Wangome, Wamucii Wangome, Moses Mbuthia, Waithaka Nderitu, Muthoni Kamaru, Muthui Wangome, Waciuri Kiano, Waciuri Benjamin, Wangeci Benjamin, Wanjiru Benjamin and many others.

Grandmother of Dedan Kimathi Waciuri, Mukami Waciuri, Mathenge Waciuri, Ciku Waciuri, Dedan Kimani Waithaka, Dedan Kimathi Waceke, Waciuri Waceke, David Kabungo Mwangi,Wangeci (Ish), Mukami Mwangi, Nyamweru Maina, Mukami Maina, Stella Maina, Suze Maina, Lina Maina, Denis Maina, Niki Maina, Marian Kirathi, Cyrus Kirathi, Mukami Kirathi, Wangari Wambugu, Ndungu Gitahi, Kabura Gitahi, Mukami Gitahi, Murimi Gitahi, Mukami Githinji, Ciru Githinji, Damaris Githinji and others. She was great grandmother and friend of many.

Family and friends are meeting at her home in Sasumua Dam village, Njabini, Kinangop constituency, Nyandarua County and Sagret Hotel —Valley Road, Nairobi for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege will leave Lee Funeral Home on Saturday, 13th May, 2023 at 7.00am for a funeral service and later interment at her home in Sasumua Dam village, Njabini, Kinangop Constituency, Nyandarua County.
