Florence Muthoni Kanyi-Katoni

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Florence Muthoni Kanyi-Katoni, that occurred on Tuesday 21st March, 2023 after a short illness.

Daughter of the late Kanyi Kabutha and the late Nancy Kanyi. Step-daughter to Mary Wambui and Mary Njambi. Daughter-in-law to John Ndivo and Jane Ndivo.

Loving wife to Nicholas Katoni. Co-wife to Carol Katoni.

A loving Mother to Nicole Mueni and Eleanor Mumbua. Step-mother to Jonny and Ethan.

Sister to Samuel Njuguna, the late Francis Mwangi, Stephen Macharia, Peter Karanja, Alexander Kimani, Sabina Wangeci, Monicah Muthoni, Ann Waithera, Benson Njuguna, Ruth Wanjiru and Samuel Karume.

Sister-in-law to the late Kyalo, Mutave, Lucy, Monicah, the late Helen, Julia, Margaret, Beatrice,Ann, Dorcas, Kyrilos and Peter. She was an Auntie and Cousin to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting at Home Land Inn -Thika Road and Muthetheni home for prayers and funeral arrangements daily from 6:00pm to 8.00pm.

The cortege will leave Machakos Funeral Home on Wednesday 29th March, 2023 at 8:00am for Burial that will take place at Kitumbi Muthetheni Village, Muthetheni Location, Mwala Sub-county, Machakos County.

The Lord gave us Florence, the Lord has taken away; Blessed be the name of the Lord. May her soul rest in eternal peace. Amen.
