Florence Wachu Gicharu

It is with deep sorrow and profound sadness that we announce the passing away of Florence Wachu Gicharu.

She was lovely wife to Mr Harrison Gicharu Nganga, formerly Mayor of Kiambu.

Florence Wachu Gicharu was beloved daughter of the late Obadiah Njoroge Munderu and Mary Wanjiku Njoroge.

She was sister to the late Margret Mugati Gaceru, Beatrice Njambi Ngigi, the late Grace Njeri Muhuni, the late Stephen Munderu, Jennifer Nyakio, John Waiganjo, Beth Njahira Lugalia and the late Rose Wambui.

Florence Wachu was caring mother to Edith Njeri Gicharu (USA) Joel Nganga Gicharu, Obadiah Njoroge Gicharu and Philp Kariuki Gicharu. Florence was friend, aunt and grandmother to many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at their Kiambu Thindigua Estate.

The cortege will leave Montezuma Funeral Home Mbagathi Way on Tuesday, 10th May 2022 at 7am.

Burial service will be held at P.C.E.A Church Thindigua and burial will follow thereafter at their Thindigua home.
