THE FAMILY’S TRIBUTE
From dusk to dawn
The moon soon to be gone
Thanks be to GOD
A new day_ a new yawn_
The birds with a new song of old
Holy!Holy! Is the Lord GOD Almighty!
For He_was_ is and is to come
The righteous perisheth,
no man layeth it to heart:
merciful men are taken away,
none considering, the righteous is taken from the evil to come.
So we are always of good courage
When a one departs
Our citizenship is in heaven
We are just passers by
on the Way our Lord Jesus Christ
In this journey called Life
The destiny of all men is death
said the preacher but it goes on deeper
As written by Paul and Peter
All flesh is like grass,
it’s glory like the flower of grass.
The grass withers,the flower falls
But the Word of the Lord is unchanged
The last Adam that became a life giving Spirit
The One who conquered sin and death
In whom we die and in whom we are raised
We are a spirit in a stack of clay
Some lay, some hair grey and some stay
mystical sway in a supernatural play
The mystery of faith in a defined fate
We shall not all die but we shall be changed
Thus this faithful saying
Death is swallowed up in victory
To be absent from the body
is to be present with the Lord
In all things we thank GOD
Fighting the good fight of faith
Focus on the author and finisher
Of faith,to live is Christ to die is gain
For our GOD is not the GOD of the dead
You can shed tears that she is gone
Or you can smile because she has lived on
You can worry of the flesh that decay
Or seek those which are above with Christ
While we look not on the things that are seen
For we walk by faith not by sight
To know the Lord Jesus Christ is to know Life
Rest in peace name sake till we meet again.
