Francis Chege Mwangi (FC)

It is with profound sadness and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Francis Chege Mwangi (FC) on Saturday, 23rd July 2022 in a tragic road accident along Thika Road.

A loving husband to Salome Wanjiru Mwangi, cherished father to Kenneth Mwangi Chege, Caroline Njeri Kuria, Rose Mwihaki Mwangi, Judy Wairimu Matogo and Beatrice Nyaguthi Mwangi. Father-in-law to Anne Mwangi, George Kuria and John Matogo.

Son to Kenneth Mabia Mwangi and the late Peris Njeri Mwangi. Son-in-law to the late Solomon Mbugua Nathan and the late Irenq IL Mwihaki Mbugua.

Brother to the late Stephen Njoroge, Josephat Nyaga, Regina Muthoni, Margaret Magiri, Samuel Mwaura and Leonard Maina.

Grandfather to Nduta, Kevin, Njenga, Maria,Amy, Faith, Kena, Ryan, Rhia, Raphael, Cynthia, Paul, Philip, Catherine, Claire, Brianna, Nadia and Alex. He was an uncle, cousin, nephew and brother-in-law to many.

Prayers and funeral arrangements are being held at Nairobi Baptist Church, Ngong Road in the small church daily from 5.30pm for the Nairobi committee and at Gikomora Village, Muranga.

Burial date will be on Saturday, 30th July, 2022 at Gikomora Village, Muranga. More details to follow.
