It is with deep sorrow that we announce the demise of Francis Emmanuel Oyugi formerly of Kenya Wine Agencies (KWAL) and Investment Promotion Center (IPC) now KENINVEST that occurred on August 4th 2019.

He was the son of the late Christopher Okuku and the late Dada Alusia Adikinyi Okuku. Loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather

The funeral service will be held at the All Saints Cathedral on Thursday, August 15th 2019 at 10am. The burial will take place in Marachi, Busia County on Saturday, August 17th, 2019.
