Appreciation

The family of the Late Francis Gichure Kariuki wish to express our deepest gratitude to all those who stood by us during the most difficult time. We greatly appreciate and are deeply thankful to each and every one of you for your acts of love, kindness, prayers and words of encouragement, material support and the sacrifice of your time. Special thanks to his Doctors both here in Kenya (Nairobi West Hospital) and in India (Apollo Hospital) and all the Medical Staff for attending to him during his illness.

We express our gratitude to Pastor Kamwaro and his team at Deliverance Church Kitengela, Bishop Francis Maina of Gospel Outreach Nanyuki and his team: The Purpose Centre Church Nairobi (Pastors Rogo, Makori and Kyalo); and Rev. Kamau of All Saints Cathedral for their Ministry, Pastoral Care and Prayers. The family shall remain greatly indebted to the Legal Teams (Class of 197, EACC Team led by Julius Muraya, Colleagues of the Late Francis): Friends, Neighbors and Business colleagues from Kitengela, Nanyuki and Nyeri; Relatives, Friends and Colleagues of the wider Kariuki Thuku family, and Relatives, Neighbors and Friends from the rural home in Murang’a.

Great appreciation to the Funeral Committees who worked tirelessly and with total dedication led by Kairu Mbuthia, Dr. Njaramba Gichuki, William Githaara, Nathan Njoroge, Charles Muraguri (Kitengela Committee). Maasai Discovery Committee in Kitengela led by Charles Wari, and Nanyuki/ Nyeri Committees coordinated by Joseph Mwangi. Thanks to all Committee Members for dedicated execution of their responsibilities within very tight timelines.

We may not mention all of you by name or special references on this forum, but please accept this s a personal and humble expression of our great appreciation and gratitude. For all your acts of love and compassion, we say ‘May God bless you abundantly’.
