Francis Kiruja M’Ikiigu

Kenya Civil Aviation Authority (KCAA) regrets to announce the sad demise of Francis Kiruja M’ikiigu (Tiger), which occurred on Thursday the 14th June 2018 at the Metropolitan Hospital, Nairobi after a long illness bravely borne.

Until his demise, he was deployed at the Authority’s Jomo Kenyatta International Airport Control Tower (JKIA).

Beloved husband of Stella Kanja Kiruja. Father of Ayub Kathurima, Stephen Mwirigi, Josep Gikundi, June Mwendwa and Kelvin Kirimi. Son of the late Simon and the late Ciathiringi M’ikiigu and a son in law of Agustino Mungori and Susan Ciaroi. He was a Brother, Cousin and Uncle of many.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at Tumaini House next to KENCOM House 5: Floor Room 5B from 5.00 p.m. and at his rural home in Mikinduri for funeral arrangements.

The Cortege will leave Kenyatta University Funeral Home, Thika Road on Saturday 23rd June 2018 at 6:00 a.m. for a funeral service and internment at his home in Mikinduri, Meru I County.
