Francis Watema Mutua

We regret to announce the passing of Francis Watema Mutua on Tuesday 8th November 2022.

He was the first born to the late Joseph Mutua Kisongoa and the late Paulina Mutua. Nephew to Paul Kisongoa (his only surviving uncle). Son-in-law to Monica Mbenia Nzuva and Justin Nzuva.

Loving husband to Sylvania Ngemu Watema, devoted father to Dr. Gaudensia Nzembi Mutua, Jacqueline Mbithe Mutua- Mutegi, Gerald Mutemi Mutua and Dianne Koki Mutua. Father-in-law to Patrick Mutegi Kiambi. Grandfather to Erica Ndanu Karimi Mutegi and Ethan Muthamia Mutegi.

Brother to Mathias Mutua, Cypriana Kiguru, George Mutua, James Mutua, Benedette Kuyanjo, Vinalis Mutua, Jacinta Mutua and Lucia Robert. Uncle to many nieces and nephews.

There will be a requiem service at St. Jude Catholic Church Donholm Parish on Monday 14th November 2022 from 10.00am, thereafter the cortege leaves for Mbenuu, Makueni County.

The funeral service will be held at St. Joseph Church Kyemundu at 10.00am on Tuesday 15th November 2022 and later, he will be laid to rest at his home in Mbenuu.

Eternal rest grant unto him Oh Lord and let perpetual light shine upon him.
