It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr. Fredrick Malakwen Arap Soi of Kapsaos Sub Location, Chesumot, Kericho County.

Son to the late Kipsoi Sigilai Arap Bargutwo and the late Rhoda Taplangoi & Taprandich C Kipsoi.

Husband to Mrs Priscilla Soi. Father to Edward and Nancy Lang’at, Eric and Winnie Lang’at, William Lang’at, Wesley and Janet Lang’at, Nicholas and Hellen Lang’at, Joyce and Julius Tirop, Jane and Wilson Talam and the late Charles Kibet

Brother to Anna Tabelga, John Roberts and the late Kiptalam. Step-brother to the late Kipkoech Sitienei, the late Kipsige Soi, the late Taplele Chepkorir (Bot Cheleel) and others of Moben (Segero).

Son-in-law to the late Rev. Douglas arap Mutai and Elizabeth Mutai of Kamungei, Bomet County. Brother-in-law to the late Dorah Birir, the late Grace Terer, Alice Kirui, the late Samwel Cheruiyot, the late Weldon Cheruiyot, the late Mary Langat, the late Lily Koske, the late Benjamen Cheruiyot and the late Linner Kirui.

Grandfather to Caroline, Karen, Cathrine, Kevin, Dr. Eva, David, Rodney, Howard, Abbygail, Linda, Sandra, Crystal, Douglas, Jacklyne, Sharon, Maurine,Victorine, Linda Cherop, Cynthia and Brian.

Great-grandfather to Aayden, Kiptoo,Tajeu, Nashami, Kipchumba and Tai.

The cortege leaves Siloam Mortuary on Friday 7th July, 2023 at 2.30pm for his Chesumot home for prayers and overnight stay. The funeral will be held on 8th July, 2023 from 10:00am at his home in Chesumot, Kapsaos Sub-location, Kericho.
