Geoffrey Kamau Gichuhi

It is with deep sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Geoffrey Kamau Gichuhi of Mwea Kirinyaga, proprietor of Joyland Hotel & Mugumo Lodge Ngurubani.

Son of the late Gideon Gichuhi Miano and the late Sicily Njoki Gichuhi. Step-son of Jane Wakonyo. Brother of the late Stephen Kuria Gichuhi. Step-brother of Kariuki. Wanjiku, Kuria, Wambui, Njoroge, Muthoni, Wanjiru and the late Mwangi. Husband of the late Mary Nyambura and Sicily Wanjiku Kamau. Father of Sicily, the late Gideon, Tabby, Jorarn, Hellen, Steve, Maggy and Gichuhi. Father-in-law of Dr. Paul Kibicho, the late Dr. Josphat Njau and Elsy Karimi Muiruri. Grandfather and great grandfather of many.

Family and friends are meeting daily at Murubara Village Mwea, Kanyange-ini Village Mwea, Joyland Home Ngurubani and Green Ficus Hotel Mwea at 6.00 pm for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Karira Mission Funeral Home on Tuesday 31st July, 2018 at 9.00am for prayers and Church Service at St. John the Baptist Murubara and thereafter burial at their home in Kanyange-ini Village Mwea.
