With thanksgiving and humble acceptance of God’s will, we announce the of promotion to glory of Geoffrey Munyua Dishon (Baba wa Cucu) which occurred on 21st June 2022.

Son to the late Dishon Boro and Zipporah Gathoni. Step-son to Elizabeth Nyokabi (Cucu wa Mburi).

Husband to Florence Wanjiku Munyua. Father to Gladys Gathoni Nganga, the late Patricia Wanjiru Kiarie, the late Dennis Boro, Stephen Kimani, Kennedy Muchiko (USA) and Irene W. Theuri Mathenge (USA).

Brother to the late Michael Muchiko, the late John Mburu, the late Joseph Kinyanjui, the late Margaret Njeri, the late Mary Nduta and the late Dorcas Wanjiku.

Father-in-law to Stephen Nganga, James Kiarie, Nancy W. Boro, Mary Muthoni Muchiko and John Theuri Mathenge (USA). He leaves behind many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Friends and relatives are meeting daily at his home in Rukubi, Kanyariri for funeral preparations.

The cortege will leave Kikuyu Mission Hospital on Thursday, 30th June 2022 at 8:00am for funeral service at the home and thereafter burial to be conducted at the same place.
