It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of George Halanga Oture which occurred on 21st of July, 2023.

Son of the late James Oture and Penina Awuor.

Loving husband of Grace Atieno Oture. Father to Lynn, Shirley, Celia, Brian, Vailery, Calvin and Gildah. Brother to the late Richard Owiso, the late Andrew Owino and the late Wilenda Awino.

Grandfather to Arianna, Rasheed, Adrian, Naila and Mildred.

Cousin to the late Boaz Ochieng, the late Lucas Odipo, John Omollo, Margaret Ochanda among others.

Prayers and viewing will be held at his residence in Syokimau on Thursday 13th of July, 2023 at 10.00am.

The cortege leaves Umash Funeral Home on Friday, 14th July, 2023 at 6.00am for burial in Ugenya, Nyalenya Sub Location Siaya County on Saturday, 15th July, 2023.
