George Njoroge Muchiri

It is with humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of George Njoroge Muchiri, that occurred on 16th March, 2021, at Kenyatta University Teaching and Referral Hospital.

Son of the late Zachariah Muchiri and Esther Wangari. Beloved Husband of Dr. Joyce Njoroge. Cherished father of Esther Njoroge, Zakary Njoroge and Dr. Elizabeth Njoroge. Brother of the late Lucas,Wangui, Waweru, Nganga, the late Mburu, Maria, Watiri and Njuguna. Father-in-law of Monicah and Eric. Grandfather of Joyce, Gadel, Mikel and Mary. Son-in-law of Newton Wachira and the late Elizabeth Wachira. Brother-in-law of Kihara, Gathogo, the late Wagura, Kamau, Wachuka, Wanjiru, Wacheke and Wangui.

Family and friends are meeting daily from 6:00pm, at Thika Road Blue Springs Hotel – Nairobi and Ibis Hotel – Nyeri, for prayers and funeral arrangements.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta Memorial Funeral Home on Thursday 22nd April, 2021, at 8.00am for funeral service at Riamukurwe Nursery School, Nyeri County, from 11.00am and thereafter, be laid to rest at his Misha Home at 2.00pm.
