I am saddened with the demise of my long time friend George Otieno, who we worked together to revolutionize the education sector in Loitokitok sub-county. He was such a dedicated administrator, who left no stone unturned, always focusing on positive results. Go well my friend and rest in peace. I salute you and celebrate you.

What an early departure my good friend….

If, by any chance i had the authority to give you life once again, i would’ve done nothing short of it, ..could have been the best pay-off
