Gideon Kalamu Ututu

(1965 – 2023)

It is with deep sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the untimely demise of our beloved Mr. Gideon Kalamu Ututu, which occurred on Saturday 11th March, 2023, after a long battle with cancer. Until his demise, Gideon was an employee of Machakos University in the Graduate School.

He was the son of the late Ututu Musyimi & Mrs. Wamutwa Ututu.

He was beloved husband to Mrs. Regina Kaingi. A doting father to Peter Malonza, David Musai, Rhoda Wamutwa and John Kithong’i.

He was a brother to Kathyaka, the late Kimweli, Kyambi, Kamanda, the late Mutave, Mutinda, Muthili, the late Muembu, the late Mwende, Musyimi, Mwaka, Mutua and Kalia.

He was son-in-law to David Musai Vele and Muniki Musai.

Cousin to Kyumbo, Kavisi, Kyenzeku, John, Kalia, among others.

Family and Friends are meeting daily at his home in Kakululo Location, Nguutani Division, Mwingi West Sub-county, Kitui County.

The cortege leaves Kenyatta National Hospital Mortuary, on Saturday 18th March, 2023 for funeral service at Kakululo New Apostolic Church and thereafter, burial at his home ground at 12 noon.

Giddy, you are loved beyond words and missed beyond measure.
