Gilbert Mwangi Nyamu

It is with great sorrow and acceptance of God’s will that we announce the passing on of Mr Gilbert Mwangi Nyamu of Immigration Department (Nyayo House).

Son of the late Dishon Nyamu and the late Tabitha Wangari.

Beloved husband to Enid Waithira. Darling dad to Lewis Nyamu (KIST) and Leon Karanja (Kagumo High School).

Brother to the late Nahashon Maina and Mary, Warui Nyamu and Jane (Konguini, Murang’a), Grace Kiiru & John
Kiiru (Konguini), Winnie Nyaga (jKIA) & Francis Nyaga (UoN), Peris & Bernard Mwangi (Kahawa West), the late Emma Macharia, Samson Nyamu (Karandi Secondary, Nyahururu) and Nancy (ACK, Nyahururu Diocese), Gilson Nyamu and Catherine ( Kenvic School, Ngong), Susan & John Kamau( Kayole), Rahab Wanjiku (Kamulu) and step-brother to the late Daniel Maina among others.

Son-in-law to the late Julius Karanja and Nancy Waitherero. Brother-in-law to George Mbatia, Jesse Chege and Joyce Muthoni. He was uncle and cousin to many.

Relatives and friends are meeting daily at Theme Park Gardens, Kenol and at his home at Karung’ang’i (Ngemwa Farm), Kenol from 3:00pm.

The cortege leaves KU Referral Funeral Home (By-pass) on Friday, October 2023 at 8.00am for funeral service and burial at his home Karung’ang’i (Ngemwa Farm), Kenol.

Gilbert we loved you dearly. May the Almighty Lord rest your soul in eternal peace AMEN.
