Gladys Anyango Odhiambo

We regret to announce the death of Gladys Anyango Odhiambo in Entebbe, Uganda on Thursday 10th November, 2022.
Daughter of the late Henry Odhiambo and Mary Odhiambo of Sinaga village, Gem, Yala. Sister to the late John Otieno, Charlie Angawa, Griffith Liewa, Oyunga Pala and James Nyadwe.
An aunt to Didi, Rosie, Nigel, Klara, Anto, Michaela, Apollo, Griff Junior,Talo, Sulwe, Nadia and Danielle.
Granddaughter of the late Samuel Nyadwe Angawa and Beldina Nyadwe of Gem, Sinaga and the late Hosea Pala and Agnes Pala of Seme Kombewa, Kisumu County.
Anyango was cremated on Friday 16th November, 2022, in Kampala, Uganda.
A memorial service will be held on Thursday 24th November, 2022 at 12.00pm, at the All Saints Cathedral – Nairobi, followed by a reception afterwards.
A second memorial service will be held at St. Andrews Church, Sinaga village, Gem, Siaya County at 11.00am, on Saturday, 26th November 2022.
To live in the hearts we leave behind, is not to die.
My Heart Felt condolences reach out to the Family of Madam Anya,
I was so saddened to hear of her demise.
I was her housekeeper and personal shopping assistant until I travelled.
Such a phenomenal outstanding woman. May her soul truly rest in Peace. 🙏🏾 her legacy and zest for life will forever be remembered to all of us that knew her.
