It is with great sorrow and humble acceptance of God’s will that we announce the demise of Gladys Ceera (Njeri) Kabita.
Loving daughter of the late Matheri Kimani and the late Elizabeth Wanja. Dear Wife to Peter Kabita Njeng’ere. Loving mother to Penninah Wanjiru Mbucho (Gatundu), Elizabeth Wanja Irungu (Coffee Research Institute Ruiru), Jane Mwara Njoroge (Ngara, Nairobi), Dr. David Njengere Kabita (CEO, KNEC), Ruth Ngoiri Kabita (Daadab, Larissa), Ann Wairimu Kabita (Enaiposha Girls High School), Catherine Mukami Kabita (KCCP, Naivasha), Samuel Matheri Kabita (Kenya School of Government).
Mother-in-law to Raphael Mbucho, Peter lrungu, John Njoroge, Dorcas Wanjiku, Meshark Nderitu and Miriam Nyokabi. Sister to Ngoiri, Mukami, Wairimu, the late Wanjiru, the late Maingi, the late Karauni, Mwaniki, the late Mugima, and Kimani. She was grandmother to 23, Great-grandmother to 13, an Aunt and a friend to many.
She will be laid to rest on Saturday, 14th May, 2022. The cortege leaves Jamani Funeral Home in Naivasha at 8:00arn for a funeral service in PCEA Naivasha town church from 10:00am and thereafter she will be laid to rest in Thayu Village, Engineer Division, North Kinangop sub county, Nyandarua County.
