We regret to announce the untimely death of Grace Bosibori Obiye (Globe Wines, Kisii) which occurred at Coptic Hospital, Nairobi.

Daughter to the late Nelson Mainda and mama Yunuke Nyaboke Mainda. Step-daughter to Peria Mainda.

Wife to Jackson Obiye (Jazz Hotel, Kisii). Mother to Collins Obiye. Step-mother to Christine Kwamboka Obiye.

Sister to Peter, Joshua, Musa, Elijah, Christine, Kibagendi, Ndemo, Ruth, Agnes and Mariga.

Sister-in-law to Concepta, Jane, Pacifica, Pamela, Sunday, Peter and David. Cousin to Moindi, Fred, Nancy, Janet among others.

Niece to Samuel, Ogega, David Ogega, Jane, Elizabeth among others.

The cortege leaves Hema Hospital Mortuary on Thursday, 13th July, 2023 for an overnight vigil) at her Jogoo home. Burial will be held on Friday, 14th July, 2023 at her home in Jogoo village, Kisii Township Location, Kisii County.
